West Hollywood business owners say minimum wage hike will lead to layoffs, increased prices

West Hollywood business owners on Thursday expressed their concern after the city council voted to raise the minimum wage in the city to $17.64 an hour, the highest in the country, saying that it will lead to layoffs and increased prices.
