Police in Kenya says they have heightened security inside the country as well as along its borders with its neighbours following a terrorist attack in Kampala on Tuesday. A statement from the country’s government spokesperson Cyrus Oguna called on citizens to be vigilant especially when in crowded places. The advisory by Kenya comes hours before US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken was due to land in Kenya for the start of his three-nation Africa tour.
