Still chance for warring factions in Ethiopia to strike peace deal: Blinken

US Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, says there is still time for the warring factions in Ethiopia to stop hostilities and start negotiations.
There is also an urgent need for humanitarian aid to get into the Tigray region, where millions of war-displaced persons face starvation.
Speaking to the media in Nairobi, Blinken said that the conflict risks are destabilizing the entire East African region, and African Union peace efforts.
On Sudan, Blinken demanded an immediate return to civilian rule, saying that the US and the world backs calls for an end to military rule.
